Q: How do I get started or place an order with Tell medical?
A: There are two options for you to choose from:

Q: Can I place an order online?
A: To ensure order accuracy, Tellmedical does not offer this option. Because all orders will be manufactured to your specifications, we like to finalize all orders by e-mail or telephone.

Q: What is normal production time of orders?
A:  Normally production of the product is around 5 days to 15 days depending on the quantity ordered and the production schedule. If you are sourcing a product, our representative will give you specific information regarding the lead time. If you need a rush order, contact our representatives to discuss your specific needs.

Q: How can I get samples promptly? 
A. You can contact our representative via email, fax, or phone to specify the sample you need and provide your courier (as UPS, FedEx, DHL,TNT etc) account No. and we'll send samples through your courier by freight collect. For oversea customers, sample value under USD15.00 normally free of charge. As a courtesy, Your express airmail charges and samples charges can refund from the first order.

Q: What's the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Order Amount (MOA) . 
A: For most products , the MOQ is USD1000.00 for no more than than 1 item per order.

Q: Can I print or customize (OEM) the packing of the product?
A: For other medical items: you can customize your logo print on the packing of the medical items. Please specify your requirement to our representative, according to your order product and quantity. Please make sure that your artwork is according to the laws and regulations of your imported market.  We remain the right to charge you some printing fee according to your quantity.

Q: How can I get C&F or CIF price? 
A: Normally our quotation is based on FOB price. Pls inform your destination seaport and estimated quantity, our representative will quote you the C&F or CIF price accordingly. If you feel our freight is higher than your expectation, you can recommend your shipping company to us. Our principal is look for a good reputation shipping company, which offers competitive freight, and can delivery your cargo prompt.
